Springtime in New Orleans

Overview

Scheduled just one week past Mardi Gras, you’ll find the city returning to its usual slow and sultry pace.

Details

Stay four nights downtown with a prime location on the edge of the storied French Quarter. Famous for cuisine and libations, you’ll experience some of the city’s finest and most unique creations at Court of Two Sisters (turtle soup), Café du Monde (beignets) and Pat O’Brien’s (hurricanes!), plus learn a few tricks you can try back home at the NOLA School of Cooking. A city tour, a visit to the National WWII Museum and a day in Plantation Country to see famed Houmas House round out your visit. $600 deposit

Sadly trips to the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, Texas and Louisiana were necessarily canceled in 2020 and rescheduled for 2021. Thanks to the many of you who rolled-over your reservations in happy anticipation of better times ahead. Things are certainly improving this spring… but not fast enough. So all these tours are moving forward yet another year.

This is a date-specific tour (hotels and other major components are contracted), but it’s too early to price them accurately as air is not yet available. You can hold a reservation risk free with a fully-refundable deposit. When the price is set you’ll be sent updated paperwork. An Early Payment Discount will be offered as well as your opportunity to purchase optional Cancellation Protection. We will also work with all of you holding air vouchers at that time.

If you have any questions contact tour planner and resident Southern gentleman Clayton Whitehead at clayton@sportsleisure.com.
