Day 1.
Travel to one of our country's truly spectacular natural gems - Yosemite National Park - renowned for its sheer granite cliffs including Half Dome and El Capitan. Yosemite has inspired photographers and nature lovers for generations, including the legendary Ansel Adams. Enjoy three nights in the heart of the park at the Yosemite Valley Lodge, where every room features a balcony or patio. Yosemite Valley Lodge - 3 nights (L)
Day 2.
Today, explore the breathtaking beauty of Yosemite Valley, with plenty of opportunities to capture awe-inspiring photographs. Here every view is a "Kodak Moment"! See some of the park's most iconic landmarks, including El Capitan, Bridal Veil Falls, Half Dome, Yosemite Falls, and Tunnel View, one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the park. (FB)
Day 3.
Journey high above Yosemite Valley to spectacular Glacier Point, located approximately 3,200 feet above the valley floor. From this magnificent vantage point, enjoy panoramic views of Yosemite Falls, Half Dome, Nevada Fall, Vernal Fall, and the majestic High Sierra stretching into the distance. (FB)
Day 4
Enjoy a relaxing morning with some free time to explore Yosemite Valley at your own pace. Perhaps take the short, scenic walk to Yosemite Falls or simply enjoy the magnificent surroundings. Later, board the motor coach for the journey home, arriving in Sacramento at approximately 5:00 pm. (FB,L)
