This evening, indulge in a Forest-to-Table Culinary Experience, where each dish is crafted with Canadian ingredients and flavors of the boreal forest. More than a meal, it’s a journey into the ways our forests nourish body, mind and spirit. (FB,D)

Discover Canadian wildlife in their snowy habitat at Parc Omega before continuing to the legendary Fairmont Le Château Montebello, the world’s largest log cabin, where you will choose your adventure: Snowshoeing or cross-country skiing through the pristine landscape. After dinner, unwind by the grand fireplace and soak up the lodge’s warm rustic charm. Le Château Montebello (FB,L,D)
