Day 1

Gather at the Sports Leisure Vacations office and meet your fellow travelers before settling in for a comfortable ride bound for the sparkling shores of Avila Beach. Brunch is served along the way. While passing through the fertile Salinas Valley – nicknamed the “Salad Bowl of the World” – you’ll see endless fields as they stretch toward the horizon. Arrive at your oceanfront suite in the afternoon, located just a short walk from the sand and the rhythmic waves of the majestic Pacific Ocean. Avila Lighthouse Suites – 4 nights (BR) 

Day 2

Step back in time with a private tour of the historic Point San Luis Lighthouse Park. Stroll the grounds, explore the beautifully preserved lighthouse and take in sweeping views of the rugged coast. A delicious lunch is included, making this a day of both rich history and coastal charm. (CB,L) 

Day 3

Morro Bay welcomes you with its iconic centerpiece – Morro Rock, the final and most dramatic of nine ancient volcanic peaks that begin in San Luis Obispo. Rising 576 feet above the harbor’s entrance, this striking landmark is a natural wonder. Your visit includes a delightful lunch cruise aboard the Chablis, a distinctive 50-foot, two-story riverboat that glides gracefully through the calm waters of Morro Bay Harbor. Step inside its elegantly appointed interior with panoramic windows or head up to the rooftop deck for sweeping views of the bay, the rock and the surrounding coastline. (CB,L)

Day 4

Take a scenic drive to Pismo Beach for a hosted lunch. This afternoon, you may choose to enjoy optional wine tasting among the rolling vineyards of the Edna Valley. In the evening, prepare for an evening of laughter and drama at the Great American Melodrama in Oceano, where you’ll boo the villain, cheer the hero and help save the beautiful damsel in distress. Day 5

Bid farewell to the ocean as you journey inland. Stop in Paso Robles for a final hosted lunch before visiting the famous Casa de Fruta, where you can browse fresh produce and treats to take home. Arrive back in the early evening with memories of the Central Coast’s beauty, flavors and stories. (CB,L)
