Daily Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive in Seattle and head north to Bellingham. Lunch is hosted before arriving at your hotel for the next two nights. Four Points by Sheraton Bellingham - 2 nights (L)
Day 2
Drive the Mt. Baker Scenic Byway as it winds through farmland, small communities, and towering evergreens to the mountain's majestic snow capped peak. Walking trails and photo opportunities abound. (FB,L)
Day 3
Board your private motor yacht with lunch served as you set sail through Puget Sound and begin your first day of exploration in the San Juan Islands. Our captain will determine the best routing based on current wildlife reports. The day ends in the picturesque village of Friday Harbor. Friday Harbor Suites - 2 nights (FB, L)
Day 4
Be on the lookout for wildlife in the air, on the land and in the sea as you cruise the waters of Puget Sound. Perhaps you'll see a pod of resident orca whales en route to La Conner, a vibrant artist enclave. Stroll along the waterfront boardwalk and down the main street lined with unique boutiques and shops. Return to Friday Harbor in time for a scrumptious dinner. (FB, D)
Day 5
Tour San Juan Island by coach stopping at numerous historical and scenic spots. Get a glimpse of the post life at the exclusive Roche Harbor Resort. There is big money here! Whimsical and elaborate art installations are on display at the San Juan Sculpture Park, the largest in the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy some free time in town before boarding your yacht. A decadent cracked Dungeness crab lunch is served onboard (non-seafood options available) while you set sail traversing narrow passages past uninhabited islands on your return to the mainland. Day 6
Enjoy a restful morning. You've earned it! Lunch is included before your flight home from Seattle. (FB, L)
