The Pageant of the Masters is unlike anything else in the world - a spectacular live theatrical show considered one of the most unique and distinctive artistic presentations in the world. Often described as "living pictures," hundreds of dedicated volunteers give their time for months each summer creating elaborate costumes, contemporary paintings, sculptures and other set pieces, then take their place on stage, bringing art masterpieces to life. Whether you're an art enthusiast or simply love a good show, this year's theme - The Greatest of All Time - promises to be unforgettable.

Daily Itinerary
Day 1
A short flight brings you to sunny Southern California where your adventure begins in style. You'll head directly to Newport Beach and board a City Cruises yacht for a 2-hour brunch cruise of Newport Bay. Relax and enjoy the delicious food, ocean breezes, and views of waterfront homes and yachts of all sizes. Following the cruise you'll head to The Sawdust Festival, a cornerstone of the Laguna Beach art scene. Here over 180 local artists exhibit and sell their original artwork directly to the public. This evening settle into your nearby hotel for the next two nights. Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa – 2 nights (BR)
Day 2
Today you'll discover the impressive Segerstrom Center for the Arts. A tour of this state-of-the-art complex offers several performance venues to explore. Later this afternoon it's off to the Pageant of the Master's Festival of Arts grounds. Begin with a docent-led tour of the juried artists and their beautiful and diverse artwork including paintings, sculpture, photography, ceramics, and mixed media. Dinner awaits at Terra, located right on the Festival grounds, an ideal prelude to the evening's main event. After dinner it's curtain time for the highly anticipated presentation. The Greatest of All Time. Watch in awe from your reserved loge seat, the perfect location to view the pageant. (FB,D)
Day 3
Return to the Pageant/Festival grounds this morning for an exclusive "insider talk" with a Pageant representative. Learn how this nearly all-volunteer production comes together - from casting and costuming to the intricate staging that makes each living picture so astonishingly real. Bring your questions - this is your chance to peek behind the curtain. An included lunch follows at Sports Leisure favorite Las Brisas before our late afternoon flight back to Sacramento. (FB,L)
