Day 1-2

Board your overnight flight to Portugal, where adventure, culture, and timeless charm await. Upon arrival in Porto, one of Portugal’s most enchanting cities, where you’ll be warmly greeted and transferred to your hotel. In the evening, gather with fellow travelers for a memorable welcome dinner featuring authentic Portuguese flavors. Eurostars Aliados - 3 nights (D) 

Day 3

This morning, set out on a guided walking tour of Porto’s cobblestone streets, uncovering centuries of history and vibrant culture. Admire architectural treasures and hidden gems before savoring a traditional lunch at a local restaurant. Later, visit a filigree museum to explore the intricate art of Portuguese jewelry-making. Try your hand at this delicate craft during a private workshop, gaining insight into the skill of master artisans. (FB,L) 

Day 4

Journey into the scenic Douro Valley for a private tour of the renowned Pacheca Vineyard. Learn about the vineyard’s heritage and winemaking traditions, followed by a delightful picnic lunch among the vines. Continue with a private Rabelo boat cruise along the Douro River, where terraced vineyards and breathtaking landscapes unfold around every bend. (FB,L)

Day 5

Travel south, stopping in Aveiro, a city of canals and colorful houses. Glide through the waterways on a traditional moliceiro boat, sampling the local sweet ovos moles paired with sparkling wine. Lunch is served at Clube de Vela, overlooking the marina. Pousada Serra da Estrela - 2 nights (FB,L) 

Day 6

Explore the medieval village of Castelo Novo, with its cobbled streets, castle ruins, and sweeping views. At a local farm, take part in a hands-on cheese-making workshop, learning the traditions behind Portugal’s celebrated artisanal cheeses. Enjoy a hearty Shepherd’s Lunch of farm-fresh dishes, paired with cheeses you helped craft. In the afternoon, visit the storybook village of Sortelha, where ancient stone walls and dramatic landscapes transport you back in time. (FB,L)

Day 7

Visit João Portugal Ramos Vineyard for an exclusive tasting, followed by a private cooking class where you’ll prepare regional dishes alongside expert chefs. Day 8

Take a scenic train ride through the Alentejo countryside, arriving for an olive oil tasting that highlights one of Portugal’s most prized ingredients. Continue with a private walking tour of Évora, visiting landmarks such as the Roman Temple and the hauntingly beautiful Chapel of Bones. (FB,L) 

Day 9

Head to Portugal’s Algarve coast and the seaside town of Lagos. The afternoon is yours to relax, stroll the beaches or enjoy the hotel’s relaxing amenities. Vila Galé Lagos (B)

Day 10

Travel north to Lisbon and embark on a private guided walking tour through its most iconic neighborhoods. Wander Alfama’s winding alleys and soak up the bohemian energy of Bairro Alto, with panoramic viewpoints along the way including vistas over the Tagus River, offering plenty of photo opportunities to capture the beauty of Lisbon. Day 11

Spend the day exploring Portugal’s dramatic coastline and romantic palaces. Visit the fairy-tale Pena Palace in Sintra before continuing to the coastal gem of Cascais, where charming streets, seaside cafés, and vibrant atmosphere invite you to linger. End the day at Roca Cape, the westernmost point of continental Europe. (FB)

Day 12

A free morning allows you to enjoy Lisbon at your own pace – wander through boutiques, visit museums or relax at a café. In the evening, board a private yacht for a sunset cruise along the Tagus River.
