Daily Itinerary

Day 1

Fly to Moab and board your motorcoach for a scenic drive along the Colorado River to your amazing accommodations. Red Cliffs Lodge – 3 nights (D)

Day 2

Tour Arches National Park with a local guide stopping for a walk at several famous arches and viewpoints. After lunch board a jet boat for a one-hour cruise down the Colorado River. View arches and rock climbers scaling the sheer cliff at what they call Wall Street. (FB,L)

Day 3

Soar above Canyonlands National Park on a one-hour flight over the Colorado River. Pass over the Island in the Sky and The Maze districts. Near The Needles, fly over the confluence of the Green and Colorado Rivers, absorbing breathtaking beauty. Watch the red rocks change color over the Colorado River during a sunset dinner. (FB,D)

Day 4

Travel by coach to one of the best vistas in the west at Dead Horse Point State Park where you will be 1,500 feet above the Colorado River. After lunch board the new Rocky Mountaineer train for your two-day journey to Denver. The train travels only during the day so you will not miss any of the extraordinary scenery. You will be traveling in style with upgraded SilverLeaf Plus service including access to the newly renovated lounge car. Enjoy an elevated dining experience with premium alcoholic beverages served at your seat before arriving at the resort town of Glenwood Springs. Hotel TBA (FB,L,D)

Day 5

Take in the spectacular views of the rugged canyons and the Rocky Mountains on your second day of rail travel. You’ll cross the Continental Divide and arrive in Denver at approximately 6pm.Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station (FB,L)

Take a guided city tour of Denver with a hosted lunch before your return flight to Sacramento. (FB,L)
