Air Upgrade Request

Your economy air seat is covered by Cancellation Protection/Insurance (if purchased). The additional cost of any economy upgrades is not covered by Cancellation Protection/Insurance. If you are upgrading to First-Class, and must cancel, the airline will issue a credit in your name (non-transferable) for any cancelled First-Class ticket. The credit is generally good for one (1) year from the date of purchase (not the date of the trip).
