At the National Civil Rights Museum trace the seminal events of the late 20th century that inspired people around the world to stand up for equality. At the world-renowned Peabody Hotel see the Duck March, a tradition of herding ducks through the lobby that spans over 90 years and is as cute and silly as it sounds. Afterwards, go walking in Memphis along Beale Street lined with lively restaurants and nightclubs. Dinner at the Beauty Shop Restaurant features flavors of the Southeast and the Far East in this beauty parlor-turned-eatery known for its stylish fusion cuisine. Lunch is at a local favorite known for its Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. Can you handle the heat? Day 5

Nashville’s two new hottest attractions, the Patsy Cline and Johnny Cash Museums are first today. Make a sweet stop at the Goo Goo Clusters store! Since 1912 the concoction of luscious caramel, smooth creamy marshmallow nougat, fresh roasted peanuts coated in milk chocolate has been billed as “a nourishing lunch for a nickel.” Not sure about that, but they are delicious! Nashville’s brand new food hall is perfect for a lunch on your own. After a little downtime at the hotel, join a backstage tour of the Grand Ole Opry and walk in the footsteps of yesterday and today’s hottest stars! Dinner is included tonight before we attend the Grand Ole Opry. Which star will perform? It’s anybody’s guess since the schedule isn’t released until a week before, but you’ll definitely want to have your cameras ready during the live radio broadcast! (FB,D)
