Christmas Markets on the Mighty Mississippi

The American Queen, the grandest of all riverboats ever to ply the waters of the mighty Mississippi, “gets it” as evidenced by all the inclusions.

  • 7-night Christmas-themed cruise aboard the American Queen
  • Ports of Call: Greenville, Vicksburg, Natchez, St. Francisville, Baton Rouge and Nottoway Plantation
  • All basic shore excursions included
  • Showboat-style entertainment and dancing nightly; daily talks by a Riverlorian
  • Overnight with attractions and meals in Memphis
  • Roundtrip airfare to Memphis/from New Orleans
  • Beer and wine included with onboard dinners; all-day complimentary bottled water, sodas, coffee and snacks

Onboard, an all-American staff assures no language barriers. Portside, a dedicated fleet of Steamcoaches follows the Queen so your complimentary shore excursions are handled by a familiar crew. Upgraded, small-group excursions are available at most ports for an enhanced experience. (Optional, additional cost.) Your onboard Riverlorian will have all the details during daily talks. Need to check-in with home? Internet access is available and free.

When the stars rise, it’s time for the onboard entertainers to shine. You can count on showboat-style spectacles nightly, followed by dancing. By day and by night, the dress code is “casual elegance.” Wear what you like when you like. No formalwear is required.
