Daily Itinerary
Day 1. A quick flight takes you to San Diego to start your adventure. You'll be able to soak in the sun and sights as you enjoy brunch served onboard a luxury yacht cruise on the bay. Next up is a trip to Balboa Park for the Sunday Concert at the Spreckels Organ Pavillion. Relax and listen to a wide variety of styles from classical music to popular tunes performed live on the famed Spreckels Organ. Your anticipation grows as the Hotel del Coronado comes into view! Day 2. We welcome a local friend for a docent-guided tour of Coronado Island. Nancy will keep you interested with fun and witty tales of the island's history and people. The rest of the day is yours. Want to go to the San Diego Zoo? Visit the Gas Light district? Or perhaps you just wan to return to the hotel and explore more of this fabulous icon. We can help with booking your activity and share the stories tonight over dinner. (D)
Day 3. There's a walking tour of Balboa Park today. The park has a variety of cultural institutions scattered among its 1,200 lushly planted acres. After an included lunch we'll head to the airport for an evening flight home. (L)
