Each year, a loyal group of Sports Leisure Travelers eagerly awaits the information contained in the following two paragraphs. These are folks who plan their December each year around the Christmas Light Mystery Tour. Where might we go? Well, the preceding trip was last year’s mystery tour. With only 5 days, you can pretty much bet we are not going as far as Boston, but who knows… Well actually, we know. But to tell you would pretty much kill the “mystery.” Would you like some “clues?” Remember, one of the clues here means absolutely nothing and is just there to throw you off base.
It’s early December, but it will already be winter in our destination. Maybe. Wow, those lights look different up here than they did down there. OK, it’s only lunch, but it’s still the Waldorf. People are sure friendly here, not like that salty old coot we met up the road a piece. Those mountains are mighty close, almost right on our backyard. Have you ever heard music like that before?
